If you’ve been putting off cleaning up your diet, now is the perfect time to begin.  Fall is here and flu season is upon us. By removing processed, artificial food-like products and replacing them with whole foods with immune-boosting ingredients you can help protect yourself from the flu and improve overall health.

After twelve years together, my husband has finally submitted to my encouragement (or nagging as he calls it) to begin the day with a smoothie full of whole foods.  We have two young kids and the morning is busy to say the least.
