Heart Healthy Foods on The Marilyn Denis Show

Last weekend I had the amazing opportunity to go to the University of Guelph’s Anatomy Lab where my sister is a student. In preparing for this segment it couldn’t have come at a better time.  I was able to hold a healthy and diseased human heart in my hands and examine it inside and out.
