Miranda’s Meal Makeover GIVEAWAY!

Today I had the opportunity to zero-in on two viewers meals and offer some healthy suggestions on The Marilyn Denis Show. This is one of my favourite parts of being a nutritionist because I know that even a few small changes made everyday can set the stage for a huge exciting change. One of the suggestions I made was to try new foods and swap out the not so healthy products for better quality ones.

I showcased Little LIFE Box as an easy way to begin this change.

When you subscribe to Little Life Box they will send you a monthly box with samples of healthy products to try out so you can determine what products are right for you.

We are excited to announce that we have teamed up to giveaway THREE 1-MONTH SUBSCRIPTIONS!

3Winners

To enter like Miranda’s facebook page  and tell us below about an aspect of your diet that you want to change.

The winner will receive a 1-month subscription which will include one box a month containing 12-15 health product samples ranging from beauty products, snacks, vitamins, home supplies and more.  The winner will have the chance to choose between the original, vegan or gluten-free boxes.

Three winners will be chosen randomly. The contest closes on Wednesday June 4th at 6p.m. Open to Canadian residents only.

  16. Jessica Lauren M says:

I recently returned to eating meat and fish after 10 years on a strict vegetarian diet. As a student preparing to enter law school, I find it hard to budget for healthy foods especially healthy organic meats, when I am still trying to keep plant based proteins and nutrients in my diet. I have taken up exercising as well and find that I am constantly hungry, and would love to sample some new foods that could help me curb my cheap, often unhealthy cravings!

  17. Susan T. says:

I would like to get more protein in my diet. I’m not a big meat eater and struggle to get enough protein every day. I eat tofu and some meat but just can’t seem to get enough!

  18. Kristi Renout says:

I need to work on eating fewer simple carbs, and more veggies and fruits!

  19. Mary says:

Hi Miranda, My daughter eats really healthy foods for several years. Never eats junk food or high carb foods and nothing fried. Still she seems to gain weight and also has some stretch marks. After first year university she has gained at least 10lbs. To me she almost looks swollen at times. We as a whole eat healthy all the time especially because I have to help her keep her weight down. She eat 1/2 to 1/4 of an Avacado almost every other day and my husband says she eats too many avacados which I don’t think is true. What is she doing wrong? Could it be portion size? She eats lots of green and beans and fish and poultery. Please can you give us any suggestions on what we can do to help keep her weight down. We have had blood work in the past and it has been normal and she is on the BC pill since the blood work. Thyroid is normal. Just wondering if you could give us any tips on how to stay full longer. Any suggestions would be wonderful.

  20. Virginia says:

I eat very well, but my portions are way to big and
I’m always hungry. I always scare not to have food after
or not to have time. I’m not a big person but I still need to
cut down. I’m always eating. I’m eating my meal, great food,
Fruits, veggies, seeds, proteins, but munching all the time
    Between meal. Thank you
