(Makes 16)
Ingredients:
2 tbsp pumpkin seed butter
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/8 cup raw honey (I used avocado blossom)
1/8 cup pure maple syrup
1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds + 3 tbsp water) Let sit for 5 minutes before adding
1 cup organic quick cook steel cut oats (I used Nature’s Path)
1/2 cup millet flour
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
